Soniji, a chartered accountant and a double graduate in Commerce and Law from Delhi University, is as intense a professional as he is a nationalist and humanist. The founder of K K Soni & Co. (in 11.10.1965), he actively participates in the professional work of the firm, even while taking time out for social – development activities.

He completed his graduation in 1956, with flying colors and a recognizable spirit of a true all rounder, having presided over the students council body and being an active member of many famed societies and was elected representative for many societies and organizations including the Delhi University Students Union, as president of the English Association. He was also awarded Certificate of Merit for best Debater by Sh Lal Bhadur Shastri, the then Prime Minister of India.

At the time of his study for chartered accountancy he was the first secretary of the Northern India Chartered Accountants students Association and pioneered various bold initiatives. Post qualification as a Chartered Accountant, he has been nominated as the member (once as Chairman) of the Professional Development Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Vipin is one of the most Young and Energetic person of the firm.
